Modern design fills the space with an inviting vibe, featuring a fantastic coffee machine serving delightful hazelnut coffee. Evening s'mores kits transform the outdoor area into a family hangout, creating memorable moments under the stars.
During breakfast, the crowds made it tough to find seating, as the chaos left many items unavailable. Plus, a $20 parking fee feels a bit excessive after already shelling out for the stay.

The location offers easy access to beautiful trails and stores, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, including a well-stocked bar and specialty coffee options. However, the room lacked adequate lighting in the kitchen area, making meal prep challenging. The laundry room could use more attention to cleanliness, which is important for longer stays. Despite these hiccups, the staff's attentiveness was notable, ensuring a satisfying and friendly atmosphere.

Recommend it for families visiting
The stay was exactly what we needed! ! The cooking station in the room. ? Unbelievable! Made breakfast so easy for us every morning. Plus, they had s'mores kits available at night, which the kids LOVED! We sat outside and made s'mores while talking about our day, just like old times. Really brought the family together and created lasting memories.
It wasn't inexpensive but acceptable for what we got.

Loved the evening s'mores kits, turning the outdoor area into a family gathering spot under the stars. The coffee machine in the lobby, especially the hazelnut option, elevated our mornings with delicious brews. Modern design throughout made the space feel fresh and inviting, enhancing the overall experience.
Signage directing to the parking lot could save some time, especially for first-timers. The breakfast area can get chaotic—finding a seat in the mornings proved challenging due to crowds, leading to some items running low.

The design of the Hampton Inn in Big Bear Lake feels fresh and inviting. I loved the coffee machine in the lobby, especially the hazelnut flavor that brightened my mornings. S'mores kits at night created such a fun atmosphere. The cleaning staff clearly kept everything spotless. it felt like my own home. However, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which was distracting. There were days when the breakfast area felt incredibly crowded, and finding an available seat proved challenging. During one morning, I was disappointed to find limited breakfast options due to high demand. Lastly, I found the $20 parking fee to be a bit steep for an open lot, which added to my frustrations. Despite the minor inconveniences, the comfortable beds made up for it, and I'd consider returning for another adventure in Big Bear.
